Every Vienna chimney gets the same visual inspection on a $179 cleaning — video scope of the full flue, cap and crown check, damper operation test, firebox inspection. Older chimneys typically need more careful evaluation of flue tile integrity and crown condition, but there’s no upcharge for age. If we find something that needs repair, you’ll see the video footage and get written recommendations.
I have a wood stove insert. Is your service the same price?
Yes. $189 for wood stove cleaning + inspection. We handle stove pipe connections, baffle cleaning, and the flue above. If your stove is combined with dryer vent service, the combo is $299.
How do I book during heating season without waiting weeks?
Book in September if possible — we have the most availability. November/December we’re typically 2-4 weeks out. If it’s urgent (cold weather arriving and you haven’t had service), call us and we’ll do what we can. We don’t keep a secret priority line, but we’ll be straight about realistic timing.
Do you offer Saturday service?
Limited Saturday availability, first-come basis. Weekdays are faster for scheduling. Let us know if Saturday is required and we’ll tell you the next available date honestly.
What if I have multiple chimneys?
Each flue is cleaned and inspected separately. Two flues = $179 + $129 for the second. Three or more, call for combined pricing. All flues get a full visual inspection.
