My 1978 brick chimney has never been waterproofed. Is that a problem?
Likely yes — 48 years of freeze-thaw without waterproofing typically causes mortar erosion and potential crown cracks. Our inspection reveals the current state. Waterproofing now prevents future masonry rebuilds, which are expensive.
Do you handle wood stoves common in South Run / Rolling Valley homes?
